In the original draft, Bunny walks off after being teased/bullied and sits down on a log to reflect.

In the original draft, Bunny was also supposed to be bullied by a group of bunnies (parallel to Fairy being bullied by the other fairies). The bigger bunny takes the carrot, and eats it.

In the original draft, Fairy surprises Bunny by magically giving him a new carrot. Bunny happily eats the carrot.

In the original draft, the three fairies return to probably bully Fairy some more, but through the power of friendship :P, Fairy will stand up for herself and Bunny. Then basically after this, it somehow leads to the same ending as seen in the animation.
